I am feeling so much better now thanks to your ebook. I was in a really bad way with colitis, zero energy, depression and on top of that a painful frozen shoulder, related back and neck pain. Thanks to your advice it made me re - evaluate everything I was eating and although I have always thought I ate 'healthily' especially by comparison to most of my friends, I have radically changed my diet to virtually all raw! The difference is amazing although I have had to really persevere as it wasn't an overnight success, (and quite a challenge at times) but I have now much more energy to cope with everything life is throwing at me which is considerable at the moment. The shoulder is 'thawing' and I've lost quite a few kilos and all my cellulite! I'm glad I kept my small clothes! Thanks once again for the kick start and support, and best of luck with the half marathon.

I found your book very helpful. I have changed my eating habits altogether. I have Candida on top of the leaky gut problem so changing my eating habits was necessary to get well. The severity has decreased tremendously with your suggestions in the book. I do fall back to bad habits every once in awhile and that sends me back to square one. It does get very frustrating not being well or how you used to be when I was younger. I take each day one day at a time and deal with any problems I have as you suggest and it works for me! I am getting better thanks to you. Thank You again for all your research, Getting Well in Morro Bay.

I passed on your information to some friends of mine that live in Salmon Idaho and she has MS. The lady e mailed me a few weeks ago and said she is having success with her health and has stopped using the prescription drugs that the doctor prescribed to her years ago because of your program.

I hope this finds you well. Again thank you for reaching out to me. This is real slow going and I have had bouts of severe die off when I up the anti fungals. All in all I am getting better.
